Time to take your before photos! It’s important to take these early as you may start changing as early as the first week in depending on your body and efforts.

Here’s what to do.

Grab a bikini or short shorts and a sports bra, it’s best to the the afters in the same outfit if possible and you want to show your tummy and back, so try not to wear a tank top. Take the photo from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet on the front, side and back, you may need someone to do this for you.

You can also take measurements of your chest (widest part of chest/back), waist (smallest part of your waist or about an inch above the belly button) and hips (widest part of your hips). Try not to hug the body, but just have the tape shape with the body.

You can also do weight if you like, you can track this in the MyFitnessPal app. Be sure to weigh your self at the same time of day each time ie first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is best.
