There are a couple reasons why you may not have got an email.

  1. You may have accidentally entered the incorrect email during purchase (ie. comma instead of period or, wrong letter, or missing letter – this happens very frequently)
  2. There may have been an internet connection problem during purchase or a system error.

I’m locked out of the members area.

Does your user/pass no longer work? You may be locked out for using your login on more then 10 IP addresses (connecting to more then 10 wi-fi’s). Someone may have used your user/pass to login elsewhere which is prohibited. The Train With Lyzabeth Program is for personal use for 1 user.
