The Classic Eating Plan: A lifestyle plan based on eating whole foods that are high in nutrients and low in sugar. Dairy, Soy, and Gluten Free, this plan helps to decrease gas, bloating and cravings, increase energy and mental clarity, and even helps to clear your skin!

The Muscle Building Plan: A lifestyle plan based on eating whole foods that are high in nutrients and low in sugar and is catered to someone who needs additional macro-nutrients and natural supplements in order to see changes in their body. When paired with a quality exercise plan, this meal plan assists with muscle gain and fat loss on a long-term basis.

The Vegan Eating Plan: A lifestyle plan free of dairy, soy, gluten, and meats/poultry/fish, based on eating whole foods that are high in nutrients and low in sugar.
